19+ Policy
This page concerns every Port Perry Casino player, along with parents and guardians. Its rules cover the whole site, whichever device you use and whenever you visit.
Playing at 19+ only
1.1 Registering, depositing and playing here are all forbidden for anyone younger than 19, with no exceptions whatsoever.
1.2 Players are welcome only where their local law permits it. Our checks of age and identity, along with our money laundering controls, follow Canadian requirements.
1.3 Port Perry Rewards marketing, our offers and our games are never directed at people younger than 19.
Using parental controls and filters
2.1 Almost every home router, computer, tablet and phone has a parental control setting. Switch it on, and gambling sites stay blocked on each device your kids use.
2.2 Filtering software can add another layer by blocking whole categories of sites, including online casinos.
2.3 Give each family member a separate user profile with its own password, so adult accounts stay with adults.
Checking every player's age
3.1 Registration asks each player for a date of birth, and the sign-up process stops for anyone below 19.
3.2 No deposit goes through until data checks, plus photo ID where required, have confirmed identity and age. A geolocation check is also carried out.
3.3 We can request fresh proof of age whenever we have doubts, even on long-standing accounts. Our KYC & AML Policy explains which documents we accept.
Acting when we find a minor
4.1 Any account we discover is held by a player under 19 gets shut down at once.
4.2 Any winnings on such an account are void. If the law permits, we return the deposits by the method originally used to fund the account.
4.3 When an adult lets a minor use their account to play, we shut down that adult's account too.
4.4 Believe a person younger than 19 is betting with us? Let us know by email. Each report is treated seriously, and whatever you share stays confidential.
Protecting minors on shared devices
5.1 Log out after each session and never let your browser save your Port Perry Casino password.
5.2 Lock your screen with a PIN, pattern or fingerprint, and keep cards and e-wallet login details out of children's reach.
5.3 Talk with your kids about gambling and its risks. The YMCA Youth Gambling Awareness Program offers free resources for young people and families.
5.4 Our Responsible Gaming page lists more free support, along with tools to help you keep play in check.
